Rescheduled and Cancelled Events

 

Firstly we would like to say a special thank you for your co-operation and support over these past few months while we were temporarily closed. Our Cinema Support Office is once again open but as you can imagine we have a huge amount of rescheduled and cancelled events that our team are now working their way through. We will make every effort to make contact with you so please bear with us.

 

If you provided your email address when booking then please keep a look out for an email from us that will explain the options available. In many cases the event has been rescheduled so your tickets can simply be transferred to the new date. The full list of rescheduled and cancelled events can be found here

 

If you don’t receive an email from us or purchased your tickets in person at the cinema or theatre then please email action@merlincinemas.co.uk where someone can advise on how best to proceed.
